A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $75.00 and a card on file is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your overall cost and the remaining balance is processed on the day of your initial appointment.

We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash or Debit Cards, Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp.

Cancellation / Reschedule

If you need to reschedule, a 72-hours notice is required. Failure to give a 72-hour notice will forfeit your deposit and a new deposit is required if you would like to reschedule. Each client is only allowed to reschedule twice.


No Shows / Same Day Cancellations

Please note that if you fail to show up or cancel on the same day of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the value of your appointment.

Late Policy

If you are late, your appointment time will not be extended. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. ​​

Existing Permanent Makeup

If you have existing cosmetic tattoos on your eyebrows from a different artist, you will need to text/email us clear photos in natural lighting to be pre-approved for a redo or cover up before booking an appointment. Failure to provide a photo prior to booking may result in a forfeit of your deposit. In some cases, we may need to schedule an in office consultation to better assess your existing PMU.

If your existing tattoo is too saturated and/or the shape cannot be corrected, removal is recommended. With Angel Tattoo Removal, the skin will need to heal for a minimum of 6 weeks before continuing with any PMU treatments. Multiple removal treatments may be recommended for optimal results.


A 4-8 weeks Touch-up is included in the cost of all new permanent makeup treatments. If you decide to schedule your touch-up after 8 weeks, a fee will apply. 

Annual Touch-Ups are for existing clients only! All first time clients will be charged full price.

Refund Policy

All transactions are final. No refunds will be issued.
